Sylvia F. Maitland ( Fay ) died May 4, 2010. A retired Canton Public School secretary for the Dean S. Luce School. Devoted wife of the late David Maitland. Loving mother of Cheryl L. Zeoli and her husband Gerald of Plympton, Linda M. Lavin and her husband Thomas of Taunton, and Maureen F. Curtin and her husband George of West Newbury. Sister of Charles Fay of Falmouth and Gerard Fay of Texas . She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visiting hours in the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St. Canton Sunday 4-6 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday 10:30 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church Washington St Canton . Interment Knollwood Memorial Park .
