Scott J. Pfeffer, 60, of Canton, died unexpectedly March 29, 2025. A graduate of Boston College High School and Norwich University, Scott was a co-owner of PATH Mechanical Co. He previously worked for many years with his father, Skip, at Canton Plumbing & Heating Co. An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoyed hunting and fishing. Beloved son of Herbert (Skip) and Ann M. Pfeffer of Canton, Scott is survived by his loving sons Jack D. Pfeffer of Canton, Ryan J. Pfeffer of South Boston, and Declan H. Pfeffer of Canton. Dear brother of Kyle O’Leary and her husband, Craig, of Canton and Laurie Amonte and her husband, Tony, of Humarock. Also survived by his loving companion Christina Wood of Braintree, his former wife Kelly A. (Gallagher) Pfeffer of Canton, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, April 3, from 4-7 p.m. at the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., Canton. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, April 4, in St. Oscar Romero Catholic Church, 700 Washington St., Canton. Burial to follow at Canton Corner Cemetery.
