Marion G. Cook of Dorchester died peacefully April 29, 2025. She was 93 years old. Marion was the daughter of the late George and Mary Cook (Kane). Marion worked as a medical secretary in the radiology department in the former Carney Hospital for many years and later worked as a cafeteria assistant for Boston Public Schools. She was the proud sister of the late George C. Cook who served in the U.S. Navy. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews. Donna Brooks and her husband Bill (NPD Ret.) of Westwood, Judy Goode and her husband Jim of VT, Lisa Printy and her husband Jeff of NY, Robert Corlito and his wife Bonnie of Mansfield, John Corlito of NC, Nancy Coyle of Boston, Claire McCurry and her husband Don of CA, and the late Michael Corlito. Marion was a dear friend to the McCarthy, Scanlan, and Pushard families, sharing many holidays together throughout her life. Visiting hours Tuesday morning May 6th from 9-10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM in St. Oscar Romero Catholic Church 700 Washington St., Canton. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
