Marie R. (Rossi) Daley

Marie R. Daley, 93, of Hobe Sound FL, formerly of Westwood Ma, died November 28, 2020 at Ellis Nursing Center in Norwood.

Born in Boston, Lived in West Roxbury with her late parents Vincent and Rose Rossi. Marie then married the late Richard F. Daley for 54 years. They lived in Westwood (Islington) for 48 years and then at Cambridge in Hobe Sound Fl. for 18 years. Marie’s last three years were at Cornerstone in Canton Ma.

Mrs. Daley (known to her friends as Mighty Mouse) was an avid golfer for more than 30 years with memberships at Wampatuck CC in Canton, Sharon CC in Sharon and Martin County CC in Stuart Fl. She also enjoyed card games mostly Bridge.

Marie was a Life Time Auxiliary VFW member.

Marie leaves her two sons Richard F. Daley his wife Arlene of North Kingstown RI. Wayne V Daley his wife Nadine of Canton MA. She also leaves five grandchildren Meghan E. (Daley) Aiken, Alyson K. Daley, Robert C. Devine, Stacey A. Devine and Kristopher J. Daley. She also leaves four great-grandchildren Stephen Linskey, Makenna Devine, Alexa Daley and Avery Daley.  Funeral services will be private. Arrangements by the Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St., Canton.
