Margaret A. O’Neill (Sullivan), of Canton, formerly of Hanson, died peacefully Monday, April 4, 2022. She was 57 years old. Margaret was a self employed artisan. She was the daughter of Daniel F. and Judith L. Sullivan. Loving wife of John R. O’Neill of Canton. Sister of Laura Stewart and her late husband James of Bandera, Texas and the late Kristen Dawe. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements by the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., Canton.
