Joseph Anthony Zagami

Joseph Anthony Zagami of Whitman, formerly of Abington, died peacefully after a brief illness, on January 10, 2026.  He was 86 years old. He was a proud veteran having served in the United States Army. Joseph worked as a treasurer in the banking industry for many years.  He was an avid “mall walker” where he made many friends.  He was a member of the Castle Island Association and the Greater Boston Banker’s Association. Son of the late Antonio and Angelina Zagami.  Loving brother of Marilyn G. Zitter, and her late husband Norman of East Bridgewater, and Anthony J. Zagami and his wife Rose of Dorchester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Funeral services will be private.
