Jo-Anne (McElman) McCarthy

Jo-Anne McCarthy of Canton and Hardwick VT died June 19, 2024. She was 75 years old. Jo-Anne formerly worked as a banking administrative assistant. She enjoyed golf and was a member and former manager of the Mountain View Country Club in Greensboro VT. Daughter of the late Charles and Kathleen McElman. Wife of the late Joseph V. McCarthy. Loving mother of Sean M. McCarthy of Hardwick VT, and Brian P. McCarthy and his wife Linda of Colchester VT. Sister of Charles J. McElman of Weymouth and Kathleen M. McElman of Canton. Beloved aunt of the late Rob Cummer. She is also survived by her beloved friends Kathy and Bill Sullivan of Canton. Funeral services will be private.
