Jane (Waterfield) Stringer

Jane Stringer of Canton, died June 24, 2024.She was 97 years old. Daughter of Gertrude Waterfield of Canton and Robert Waterfield of England. Devoted wife of the late Raymond Stringer. Sister of the late Ruth Cooke. Loving mother of the late Charles Stringer and his late wife Maureen. Survived by her sons Roy Stringer Sr. and his wife Sophie of Randolph, Donald Phillips and his wife Linda of Westborough. Proud grandmother of Scott Litchfield, Eric Litchfield, and Roy Stringer Jr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as some great-grandchildren. Jane was a graduate of Canton High School, liked to knit in her spare time and was a lover of bingo, birds and plants. Jane was interred with her husband on October 17th at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. May they continue to bring joy in the beyond, and may they always have the peace they shared together in life.
