Howard K. Darling died Friday, November 11, 2016 in South Shore Hospital after his battle with cancer. He was 69 years old. Born in Brockton, Howard grew up in Canton, attended St. John The Evangelist School and graduated from Canton High School. Howard had a long career as a foreman at Plymouth Rubber Company and eventually as bartender and manager of the Canton Town Club. He is the loving son of the late Frederick and Helen Darling of Canton. Devoted father of Kevin Darling and Kerri Darling of Boston. Beloved friend and former husband of Claire Darling and his first wife and mother of his children, Maureen Darling of Canton. Proud grandfather of Simone and Shiloh Darling. Loving brother of Elaine Davison, Jeane Monbouquette and the late Frederick Darling. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4-8 PM in the Pushard Family Funeral Home at 210 Sherman St, Canton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, November 16th at 10:30 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 700 Washington St, Canton. Interment will be private.
