Damian G. Cammarata of Canton died Wednesday, June 23, 2021 after a brief illness. He was 70 years old. Damian was a graduate of Canton High School, attended college in Texas, and worked as an IT tech for the city of Boston, including the Boston Police Department and the Boston City Hall. He worked for Jordan Marsh in the men’s clothing department and serviced Digital equipment. Damian was a member of the Madonna Della Cava Society in the North End of Boston. He was the devoted husband of Joan D. Costello of Canton. Loving step-father to James “Jay” Costello and his wife Jennifer of Weymouth and William B. Costello and his wife Amanda. Loving brother of Vincent Cammarata of FL, Connie Sparks, Helen Civian, and Maria Cammarata all of Canton. Proud grandfather to Travis Costello, Cora Costello, and Lyla Costello. Visiting hours in the Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St., Canton on Tuesday from 4-7. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington St, Canton at 10 AM.
