Catherine E. (Frink) Cooper

Catherine E. Cooper (Frink), of Canton and Holbrook, died peacefully December 5, 2023. She was 68 years old. Catherine was a devoted parishioner and dedicated secretary and co-founder of the St. Gregory the Theologian Greek Orthodox Church in Mansfield. She was a supporter of “Food and Friends” and enjoyed playing pickleball. She was the devoted wife of the late Nicholas Cooper. Loving mother of Cheryl L. Myles and her husband Thomas of Fort Lauderdale, Kerry A. Fuentes and her husband Richard of Blackstone, Nicholas J. Cooper and partner Haley Godden of Holbrook, and the late Alexandra Cooper. Sister of the late Diane Drucker and Donald Frink. Proud grandmother of Ryan Loughran, Tyler Myles, Dylan Myles, Aidan Myles, Brendan Myles, Xandria Gloddy, and Corey Thibeault. Doting dog mom to Redding. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, December 8th at 11:00 AM at St. Gregory the Theologian Greek Orthodox Church 1007 West Street, Mansfield, MA 02048. Visiting hours from 10:30-11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation may be made in Catherine’s memory to St. Gregory’s.
