Arthur B. Chandler

Arthur B. Chandler died on December 14th, 2020 after a long illness. Arthur was born in Plymouth, MA. He grew up in Duxbury, MA. He spent most of his adult life in Canton, MA. Arthur graduated from UMass in Amherst. Upon graduation he went into the insurance business. After working with several companies he started his own company, ABC-LTC Insurance Agency, in Marshfield, MA. Arthur was the beloved husband of Louise Taylor Chandler. He was brother in law to Sister Marian Batho CSJ. He was the father of Jill, James, Heather, Mark, Leanne, Jeffrey, and their respective spouses. He leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed baseball and basketball. Arthur was a past President of the Canton Lions Club, past elected member of the Easton Finances Committee, and past member of the Canton Finances Committee. A Funeral service will be held in the Congregational Church 1541 Washington St., Canton, Friday, December 18 at 2 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend following Covid 19 protocols.
