Nicholas Bartone died peacefully January 1, 2018. He was 100 years old. Nicholas was a proud veteran of W.W. II serving in the U.S. Army in England and North Africa. He was a retired maintenance worker for the town of Canton Public Schools. Devoted wife of Mary A. Bartone (Vendetti) for 70 years. Loving father of Barbara M. Bartone of Norwood and John N. Bartone of Texas. Proud grandfather of Jeremy Bartone of Texas, Christopher Bartone of Sudbury and godfather of Mary Jane Cavallaro. Nick loved life and always had a smile on his face. Funeral services will be private. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canton Veteran's Department 801 Washington St., Canton, MA 02021
