Marilyn Aldrich Obituary

MARILYN C. (DREW) ALDRICH, Of Middleboro, died Monday evening, January 13, 2014, at Bridgewater Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was 79. Born, raised and educated in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late Loring and Edna (Lister) Drew. She has been a Middleboro resident for the past 11 years, moving there from Sharon. A homemaker, she loved arts and crafts, quilting and scrapbooking was an avid Red Sox fan and loved to play Bingo. She had been a member of the "K" Club in Dorchester and a Rainbow Girl as a young woman. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert L. Aldrich, her sons, Robert L. Aldrich, Jr. and his fiancé, Jennifer Ball of Sand Point, Idaho and Peter J. Aldrich and his wife, Kathleen of Milton, her grandchildren, Nicole, Matthew and Victoria and her sister in law Constance Drew of Sharon. She was the sister of the late Patricia and Robert Drew. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services in Celebration of Marilyn's Life on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. at the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street, Canton. Interment will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
