Alana M. Barow

Alana M. Barow, died peacefully August 12, 2018, after a brief illness. She was 78 years old. Wife of the late John R. Barow. Loving mother of Sean R. Barow and his wife Sarah of Swampscott, and Jacqueline A. Natale and her husband John of Wakefield. Loving sister of Dawn Hammitt of Marshfield. Proud grandmother of Kevin Barow, Sasha Natale, Brian Barow, and Cleo Natale. Beloved friend of the late Walter Kelley. Alana was a retired retail purchaser for Filenes where she worked for many years. Visiting hours in the Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St., Canton, Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, August 16, in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington St, Canton at 10:30 AM. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Alana's name to the YMCA of Metro North, 2 Centennial Drive Suite 4a, Peabody, MA 01960.
