Dear Friends,

Allow me to begin by expressing my gratitude for the confidence you have placed in me concerning your pre-arranged funeral contract, I have always and continue to practice the highest standards of funeral service in my career.

Our world is changing so fast I am constantly working to provide the best service, convenience and practice in funeral service. After almost 100 years of service to our community I have to make a decision in the best interest of those I serve, examining our facilities and looking toward the future, it is now quite evident to me, that it is once time to evaluate our facilities for the future, and to continue to provide a greater convenience to those families who have placed their confidence in me.

After much deliberation and consideration, building location, parking convenience updating of décor, I have decided to merge my business with my longtime colleague of 50 years to this facility which serves all the need of modernization and convenience.

As you can see with the enclosed brochure this location is of the most modern facilities, plenty of on premise parking, totally handicap accessible and spacious.

It is my hope that you will not change your arrangement with me, the only difference will be the facility location, I will be here daily as I have always been, and please be assured I have made arrangements with local colleagues to be able to conduct your services in Hyde Park if that is your desire.

I would also like to assure you of any concerns you may have about this relocation as far as convenience of transportation from Hyde Park to this location I would have you know that I will make arrangements for local transportation.

This new facility is just eight miles from my present location and right off all major highways, and easy to find for those traveling.

A study that I had done showed me that most of the families were traveling back here after having moved from here, and the attendance in the local parishes being down more than 70 percent.

I truly believe that this decision is in the best interest of my client families and in the best interest of further long term investment to bring our facilities into the future.
