Conrad “Vic” Swartz, of Canton, died Wednesday, March 23, 2024, at his residence after lengthy illness. He was 81. Born in Boston, he was son of the late David and Sarah Swartz, a Canton resident for most of his life, he graduated from Canton High School with the Class of 1960. A retired electrician and member of the IBEW Local 103, Boston, Mr. Swartz was a longtime employee at the Massachusetts Hospital School in Canton as well the Town of Canton. Vic’s passion was music. An accomplished drummer he played with his band at weddings, events and in local establishments. Mr. Swartz was predeceased by his dear wife, Beatrice “BettyAnn” (Lyons) Swartz in 2022. He is survived by several nieces and nephews and his lifelong dear friends, the Sheehan Family of Canton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to gather at the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street, Canton, Wednesday morning at 9:30AM to process to Knollwood Memorial Park, High Street, Canton for a graveside committal service to 10AM.
